This scheme involved extending the existing listed Memorial Halls to provide the new iconic Chapter House Hospitality Centre together with Meeting Rooms, Creche, Gallery, Small Hall and Toilets.

The client was the Congregational Board of Bothwell Parish Church. The main contractor was Alexander Braidwood Ltd. The contract period was 32 weeks and was officially opened by HRH Princess Anne, the Princess Royal.

New Health Centre and Clinic for NHS Lanarkshire, accommodating public health nursing, long term condition nursing, podiatry, speech and language therapy, community dental services and a range of mental health services.

It also provides facilities for child immunization and surveillance, physiotherapy, dietetics, a well woman clinic, antenatal services, minor surgery, cervical screening, coronary heart disease surveillance, counseling and the EVA project.

A new housing development of 27 villas, houses, cottage flats and associated roads and external landscape works overlooking the Crinan Basin, Ardrishaig, Argyll.

The developer was M & K MacLeod Ltd and project period was 70 weeks.

The restoration and conversion of this unique grouping of 19^th century Grade B listed farm buildings located on the banks of the Monklands Canal at Drumpellier, Coatbridge. Formerly the Home Farm of Drumpellier House, the seat of the Buchanan family, it had become dilapidated and in parts completely ruinous.

Because of its sensitive location within an area of Greenbelt, it was necessary to obtain consensus with the many interested parties, stakeholders and members of the community of an acceptable overall package of proposals. The scheme eventually adopted involved the conversion of the home farm into 23 individual apartments and the rebuilding of the ruinous dovecot. The project also included the provision of visitor facilities and the upgrade of the Monklands Canal Walkway.

The Developer was Classical House Ltd. The project was implemented  in association with North Lanarkshire Council, The Strathclyde Greenbelt Co, The Wise Group and British Waterways.

The restoration and conversion of Dalzell House in Motherwell into 18 luxury apartments. This Grade A listed castle had lain empty and derelict since 1968 and was threatened with demolition. Dalzell House was the seat of Lord Hamilton of Dalzell and dates from the 15th century with additions by R.W. Billings in 1858.

The innovative designs of the apartments successfully enabled the retention and restoration of all of the principal rooms to the original building together with reinstatement of original decorative plasterwork and timber panel work which had been previously removed or lost. The project received a Saltire Award for Conservation and Restoration.

The Developer was Classical House Ltd and the works were grant assisted by Historic Scotland.

Proposed works which will be undertaken will include roof and leadwork repairs, stonework repairs, restoration, and conservation repairs to the internal fabric of the main house and service buildings.

The project will be funded by the National Trust for Scotland, and Historic Scotland.

A project involving the creation of additional facilities to promote Gaelic Heritage in Islay at the Islay Gaelic Centre, Bowmore, Islay.

Client is I.C.C.I and funding will be from Leader, Highland and Islands Enterprise and Heritage Lottery.
