Feasibility study undertaken for British Waterways regarding the restoration and redevelopment of the Pier Square and ancillary buildings adjacent to the Crinen Basin, Ardrishaig, Argyll.

The proposals involved the restoration of the listed Pier Square buildings, creation of a new Museum and Heritage Centre, a Boat Club, Seafood Restaurant, Boat Workshop and conversion of existing underused workshops to holiday accommodation and new moorings for boats and yachts. The proposals also included the upgrade of the existing pier to allow movement of timber by sea.

A mixed housing scheme of 100 units of apartments, terraced houses, and cottage flats developed in 4 phases at the Jewel, Bellshill., Lanarkshire for Lanarkshire Housing Association.

The scheme consisted of a mix of mainstream, and amenity use for rent and shared ownership.

Prior to the development of the scheme, the site had been occupied by concrete multi storey flatted blocks dating from the 1970’s. These were demolished and the site cleared.

The client was Lanarkshire Housing Association. The project took just over 2 years to complete and was funded by Scottish Homes.
